The manufacturing set-up is optimized to achieve a balance between maximum utilization of material properties and ease of processing. The product created from this optimized production is finished perfectly according to the customer's request.

Sapphire

Widely used in many fields. We grow single crystal sapphire using the EFG method.

Diamond

Considered the ultimate material due to its exceptional physical properties.

Ceramics

Zirconia, alumina, and zirconia-toughened alumina powder are used to produce high-quality fine ceramics.

Bulk Metallic Glass

Has excellent mechanical properties such as high strength, low elastic modulus, high formability, and corrosion resistance.

Porous Ceramics

Pores can be oriented in one direction, and the majority of the pores are connected and open to the outside.

Bioceramics

We have developed a new, bioactive zirconia using a special process that gives the material bioactivity without reducing its strength.

Zirconia Film

Orbray developed 20µm zirconia film with excellent flexibility characteristics and an extremely smooth surface.

Ruby

Second only to diamond in hardness and has excellent wear resistance.

Hard Metal

A conductive, heat-resistant material with the hardness (bend strength) of ceramic and the fracture toughness of metal.
