The Optical Connector is one of the most essential components for Optical Communication. The connectors mate or connect with optical Device, modules, and fibers. Two main Zirconia Ferrule sizes are used for Optical Connectors. We offer connectors with stable qualities that use our own manufactured high quality Zirconia Ferrule. We offer an array of connector kits and adapters for FC, SC, MU, and LC Configurations.

Optical Converters connect different kinds of connector types ensuring a low connection loss. Because the ferrule OD's are the same, to connect MU Connectors with LC connectors is relatively easy. However, special techniques are required for connecting the connector in which ferrule OD's are different.

There are two kinds of optical converters; one is a Female to Female Type also called a Converting Adapter and the other is a Male to Female Type also called a Plug-In Converter.

LC Connector, LC Adapter

The LC Connector and Adapter, also a Small Form Factor (SFF) Connector because of its size similar to the MU above, consists of the most product variations. The LC Duplex Connectors and Adapters are widely used in LAN or SAN Applications. It can be detached and attached easily because of the latch clip design similar to the standard RJ45 plug-in phone jack.

SC Connector, SC Adapter

The SC Connector and Adapter consist of a push-pull style that can be easily detached and attached. The SC Connectors and Adapters are widely used for transceiver or general connection use in today's industry.

MU Connector, MU Adapter

The MU Connector and Adapter, at times referred to as the "mini SC", is a Small Form Factor (SFF) Connector which allows for easy handling because of the same push-pull style as the sSC Connector and Adapter. In addition, being half the size as the SC Connector with a Ferrule OD of φ1.25 mm allows this MU Connector to be used in high density applications.

FC Connector, FC Adapter

Our FC Connectors and Adapters are considered as "old products" and are widely used all over the world. The FC Connector and Adapter are mainly composed of metal parts with a threaded coupling nut used to screw the connector in place.

Plug-in Converter

Optical Plug-In Converters connect different kinds of connector types ensuring a low connection loss.

Expand Beam Connector

Unlike conventional connectors, expanded beam connectors provide high durability and stability by utilizing an expanded beam of light.
