The device that arranges parts in the assembly of semiconductors is called "mounter head". This page explains another device: "tape feeder" that sends parts according to the mounter head.
The tape feeder uses two types of motors: (1) a motor that sends the tape, and (2) a motor that winds up the fed tape. In particular, (1) the motor that feeds the tape must be driven according to the movement and timing of the mounter, so precision is essential. Orbray small motor is used in this tape feeding motor.
