Since its establishment in 1939, Orbray has been consistently manufacturing industrial jewel parts.
We have a variety of products in order to meet our customer's needs.
Our company utilize hard jewel materials such as a diamond, sapphire, and ruby which substantially reduce abrasion due to friction, and contribute to la longer operating life of the machine and the product itself.
As a result of the permanent focus on improving the processing of hard-to-cut materials, our core expertise is now able to process various types of hard-to-cut materials with high precision and best-in-class QCD.

Measuring Instrument Jewel Bearing

Ruby and sapphire bearings have a long life due to their wear resistance. We have been manufacturing bearings since our foundation.

Corepin

We manufacture ultra-high precision core pins per end user's specifications using our ceramic injection molding technology.

Inspection Gauge

We offer standard gauge sizes and specifications for the inspection of ferrules and sleeves and can also manufacture custom configurations and sizes in 0.1µm increments.

Scriber

Our diamond scribers ensure a narrow and deep scribing line and minimize adverse impact on the wafer.

LTCC

A multi-layer glass ceramic substrate which is co-fired with low resistance metal conductors at a low firing temperature (less than 1000℃).

Microwave Power Amplifier

The world's first ultra-compact microwave power amplifier, which uses GaN semiconductor devices and LTCC substrates to operate.

Wafer Cleaning System

The world's first cleaning tool enabling high quality cleaning and drying for wafers less than 2 inches in diameter.

Our NAPHIA™ ceramic wafers are appropriate for semiconductor processes, thanks to the processing technology we have developed through our extensive experience with sapphire wafer polishing.
