As a part of our global effort to optimize the function of each corporation in the Adamant Namiki group, strengthen the group’s financial base, and maximize our competitiveness in a rapidly changing global market, Adamant Namiki Precision Jewel Co., Ltd., and Akita Adamant Co., Ltd., will be merged within the group, effective on January 1, 2023. The new corporate name will be Orbray Co., Ltd.
