Discovering Where Parents Work
The event began with a company introduction, followed by a tour of Factory E, where motors are manufactured.

Although visitors could not enter the production area itself, staff members used actual products and components to explain how motors are made. The children listened attentively and showed great interest in learning about the manufacturing process.
For many participants, it was also a valuable opportunity to see the workplace of their parents, helping them gain a deeper understanding of both manufacturing and the important work their family members do every day.

Learning Through a Motor-Powered Fan Project
Next, the children took part in a hands-on workshop where they assembled their own small electric fans using motors.
As the children carefully put the parts together, they learned how motors are used in products they encounter in everyday life.
The look of intense concentration on their faces finally gave way to elation as they completed the assembly. So impressive!
Afterward, the children got to take home their unique creations.

An Exciting Toy Car Race
Another highlight of the day was a toy car assembly activity, where children experienced the joy of creating something with their own hands.
After completing their cars, the participants competed in a race to see which vehicle was the fastest.
As the race began, cheers filled the venue. The children watched with excitement and anticipation as their creations sped forward. When the cars crossed the finish line, the room erupted in applause, creating a shared sense of excitement and achievement.

Learning Through AR Technology
The event also featured an interactive game utilizing augmented reality (AR) technology.
Using a computer camera to track body movements, participants placed virtual motor components in their correct positions on a screen. Through this engaging experience, children learned how DC motors work while discovering how technology can make learning both fun and interactive.

Voices from the Staff
One of the Orbray employees who helped lead the factory tour and hands-on workshops, reflected on the event:
"It was a wonderful opportunity for children to experience a workplace they would not normally have access to, and to develop an interest in manufacturing and technology."
The staff member who developed the AR game shared:
"What made me happiest was seeing the children enjoy themselves while learning how DC motors work."

Inspiring the Next Generation
The most memorable part of this year's Junior Academy was the children's smiles.
Through the factory tours, hands-on projects, and AR experiences, the participants enjoyed countless moments of discovery and learning.
Orbray Thailand will continue to cherish the bonds we share with our employees and their families, while supporting activities that encourage learning and growth for the next generation. We hope the smiles, excitement, and experiences shared during this event created treasured memories for everyone who participated.
At Orbray, we believe that inspiring curiosity today helps shape the innovators of tomorrow.
