Renewal Utilizing Local Company Products Boosting Employee Motivation

Orbray (Thailand) Co., Ltd., has recently established two new break spaces and renovated its employee cafeteria to further enhance the working environment for employees and improve their overall welfare. In these initiatives, the company has adhered to the spirit of the SDGs (sustainable development goals) by creating benches using discarded wooden pallets as materials and adopting furniture manufactured by local companies in Lamphun Province using recycled waste materials.
Since its founding, Orbray Co., Ltd., has upheld the corporate philosophy of "prioritizing employee happiness and supporting their growth." These current measures have been implemented to create an environment where Thai employees can relax both physically and mentally, and then return to work with renewed vitality.
Establishment of New Break Spaces

Break Space 1:
Based on the concept "Creating new places of rest from waste materials, making our world a better place," discarded wooden pallets were repurposed and transformed into beautiful, comfortable furniture, creating a relaxing space reminiscent of an outdoor café.

Break Space 2:
Based on the concept "Creating a place that heals the heart from discarded waste," furniture manufactured from recycled waste materials by local Lamphun company Green Road was installed to create a refreshing space.
Employee Cafeteria Renovation

The employee cafeteria was renovated under the themes of "Simple modern," "Valuing local materials and culture," and "Environmentally friendly." Using materials and decorative items from Lamphun Province, the space was transformed into a café-style environment with a modern atmosphere featuring calm tones while showcasing regional charm. Tables, chairs, sofas, and other furniture were procured from stores in the local Banma district, and renovation materials and decorative items were sourced from within Lamphun Province as much as possible, contributing to the local economy.

Donation of Furniture to Local Schools and Hospitals
Tables, chairs, and other furniture that became surplus due to this renovation were donated to local schools, temples, and hospitals.
